Finding House 11038/9 in Karol Bagh can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the numbering system here. We are up on the second floor in Block 5A of the WEA area. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so you definitely get your exercise for the day. Karol Bagh is always loud with the sounds of the market and the shoppers, but once you get inside and close the door, it quietens down enough to get some work done. We handle a lot of data and customer stuff here for IBM Daksh. It is mostly people sitting with headsets or typing away at their stations. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and eat our tiffins. The wiring in these old buildings can be a bit messy, and we've had to call the electrician more than a few times lately. It’s a very local feel, not like those big tech parks you see in other parts of the country. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers downstairs. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out. It is a decent place to work if you like being in the heart of the city. We focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure the records are updated correctly. It's just a normal office life in a very busy part of Delhi.
