Ibm Daksh

You can find us at 45/1 in Sector 1 of Pushp Vihar. It’s a part of New Delhi that a lot of people live in, so it has a very local feel. We are Ibm Daksh. Most of what we do here involves customer support and managing data on the computers. It’s a large room filled with desks and people wearing headsets. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is talking to customers at the same time. We have been in this building for quite a while. It’s a standard office space, nothing fancy or modern about it. The air conditioning works okay, which is the main thing during the Delhi heat. We don't have a lot of big posters or fancy slogans on the walls. We just have our work to do. Many of us take the bus or ride our scooters to get here. There are some small shops nearby where we go to get tea or snacks during our breaks. It’s a regular nine-to-five kind of job for most of us. We deal with all sorts of problems and try to sort them out as they come in. Sometimes the systems are slow and we have to wait, which can be frustrating. But mostly, we just keep typing and talking. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. 45/1 Pushp Vihar is just where we spend our time trying to be helpful.
