Ibm Daksh

Ibm Daksh is over in West Patel Nagar, right in the middle of a pretty crowded part of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how the traffic can get around 110008. Our office is just a regular place where people come to work every day. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in Gurgaon; it’s more tucked into the neighborhood. We have a lot of computers and the sound of typing is pretty much the background music of our lives. Most of us take the metro or find some way through the narrow lanes to get here on time. The desks are a bit cluttered with personal stuff like water bottles and old notebooks. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just focus on the tasks we're given and try to get through the pile of work before the day ends. Lunch is usually someone bringing parathas or ordering something from the local shops nearby. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going. Working here feels like being part of the local scenery now. We see the same people walking their dogs or opening their shops every morning when we arrive. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of the city. We don’t try to make it sound more exciting than it is, because it’s just where we spend our time and effort.
