Ibm Daksh

We are located at A2 Wz/10 in Asaladpur, which is right near Canandevi Hospital in Janakpuri. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi-110018 and the hospital traffic makes it lively at all hours. This IBM Daksh office has been here for a good bit of time. It isn't a massive campus like some of the other tech places you might see. It’s more of a functional space tucked into the neighborhood. We have a lot of computers and the air conditioning stays on most of the day because it gets quite hot in this building. Most of us live nearby or take the metro to get in. We don't really do the corporate jargon thing here. We just show up, put on our headsets, and get through the tasks assigned to us. There is a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a fridge that someone really needs to clean out soon. It’s a very human place. You hear people laughing in the halls or complaining about the commute. The stairs are a bit narrow and the elevator is slow, so most of us just walk up. We are just regular people working in the back of Janakpuri. We don't have a grand entrance or a receptionist with a scripted greeting, just a security guard who knows everyone's name. It keeps us grounded.
