Ibm - Daksh

Ibm - Daksh is located at 554 Gupta House on Esplanade Road in Delhi. This part of the city is incredibly loud and crowded, with people and vehicles moving in every direction at all times of the day. Gupta House is a well-known building in the area, even if it looks a bit weathered from the outside. Inside, our office is packed with rows of workstations. We are a customer service and back-office center, so the main sound you hear is the constant murmur of voices on calls. It is a very busy atmosphere. We do not have much in the way of fancy furniture; it is all about being functional and getting the work done. Most of us arrive by metro because trying to park a car on Esplanade Road is a nightmare. The work can be repetitive, but we have a good group of people here who help each other out when things get tough. We do not use any marketing speak or corporate jargon when we are talking to each other. We just focus on the task at hand. The office can get a bit stuffy when it is full, so we are always grateful for the air conditioning. We have been here for a long time and we are just a part of the daily grind in this corner of Delhi. It is an honest, fast-paced environment where everyone is just doing their best to keep things moving.
