We are located at 111, Sadar Apartment, in the Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension. It’s a residential complex, so coming to work feels like going to a friend's house. The apartment has been turned into an office space for IBM-Daksh. We use the different rooms for different teams, which is a bit funny when you think about it being a living space originally. The balcony looks out over the parking area and some trees. It’s usually pretty quiet in the mornings, which helps us get a head start on the business process work we do. By midday, the apartment gets a bit more lively with people moving between rooms and the kitchen being used for tea breaks. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just the front door of the apartment. It makes the atmosphere a bit more personal and less stiff. The commute to Mayur Vihar is easy enough for most of us, and the 110091 area is a nice part of New Delhi to be in. We have our routines, like who makes the first pot of coffee and who shuts down the computers at night. There’s no fancy lighting or designer chairs, just what we need to get the job done. It’s a straightforward way to work, tucked away in a residential block where we can just focus on our daily tasks without much distraction or extra noise.
