Iata Travel Agency is tucked away at House Number 123 in Block Number 8 of Geeta Colony. It’s a busy part of Delhi-31, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We spend our time here dealing with flight bookings, train tickets, and all the usual travel stuff people need help with. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. Usually, the desk is piled with folders and printouts. We’ve been in Geeta Colony for a good bit now, and most of the locals know where to find us when they’re planning a trip. It’s much easier to just talk to someone face-to-face than trying to figure out websites sometimes. We get a lot of regulars who come back every year for their holiday plans. Sometimes the tea guy stops by and we take a quick break. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have any corporate scripts or fancy uniforms here.
