Iata Travel Agency

Our office is over at C6B/151 in Janak Puri. If you are familiar with New Delhi-58, you know it’s a residential area but it has its busy corners. Iata Travel Agency has been here for a while now. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens, trying to sort out trips for people. It is not a very big space, just a few desks and a lot of papers everywhere. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we are busy, but we know where everything is. Janak Puri is a good place to be because it feels like home. We see the same faces walking by our window every afternoon. We don't really have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. We deal with all sorts of travel stuff, from flights to trains, and it can be a headache when systems go down. But we just keep trying until it works. We aren't a massive agency with branches everywhere. We are just here in this one spot. The neighbors are nice, and we usually get tea from the stall around the corner. It’s a simple life running a travel desk. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the tickets printed and the dates right for everyone. It’s just how we operate.
