Iap(Client-Air India)

Our work at Iap, which is specifically for the client Air India, happens at B/32 in Chanykya Place. While the address says New Delhi Haryana 110 057, we are right there on the edge where things get busy. It is a bit of a trek for some of us to get here, but once we are in the office, the focus is entirely on the airline work. We handle a lot of the back-end tasks that keep things moving for the planes. It isn't a glamorous job. It is mostly data, schedules, and making sure the information matches up across the systems. Chanykya Place is a crowded area with lots of small businesses and houses squeezed together. We are part of that daily grind. The office is simple and functional. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of coffee to keep us going. Because we work with a big client like Air India, there is always a sense of responsibility, but we keep our internal environment very casual. We talk about our families and the cricket scores while we work. It is a real workplace with real people who are just trying to do a good job. We don't use big corporate words because that is not who we are. We are just the team at B/32 making sure the work gets done correctly every single day. The commute is long but once we are here, we just focus on the lists and the data until the evening.
