Ial

Our place is on the first floor of A-155, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the main roads around here. It’s a small space for Ial, but we manage to fit everything we need into it. There isn't a lot of signage out front, so you kind of have to know where you're going to find us. We don't really go in for anything flashy. Most of our day is spent at our desks, dealing with the paperwork and the usual business that we handle. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but they keep us moving. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some filing cabinets that are overflowing with old records. The light in the office is okay during the morning, but we usually have to keep the overhead fans going because it gets stuffy pretty fast in the afternoon. We are just a few people trying to stay on top of things. Sometimes we get together for a quick break and talk about what’s happening in the neighborhood or how the local cricket team is doing. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We just wear what's comfortable and get the job done. It feels more like a small family operation than anything else. We like it this way because it’s low pressure and we know everyone who walks through the door.
