We are located at SP-73 in Subroto Park, which is inside the Delhi Cantt area. Working with the IAF means things are kept pretty orderly around here. The roads are wide and the trees make it feel much cooler than the rest of New Delhi. Our office is a practical space where we handle the daily tasks and logistics that come our way. It is a quiet environment compared to the chaos of the city outside the gates. We have a small team, and everyone knows exactly what they need to do when they walk in each morning. There is a lot of following procedures and making sure every form is filled out correctly. We do not have fancy furniture or modern decorations; everything is functional and has a purpose. Sometimes we hear the planes from the nearby base, which reminds us of the work we are part of. Most of us have been working in this area for a long time, so we are used to the routine. We take our breaks at the same time and usually talk about local news or what is happening in the neighborhood. It is not a place for big speeches or promotional talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure nothing gets overlooked. It is a disciplined way to spend the day, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
