I2I Telesources Ltd(Indiatimes Travel)

Working out of Bg-6/317-B in Paschim Vihar, I2I Telesources handles the travel side of things for Indiatimes. This part of New Delhi is a bit quieter than the center, but our office stays fairly loud with all the calls. We’ve got a team that spends most of the day on headsets, talking to people about their trips and trying to fix issues with tickets. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking schedules. The office is just a regular building in the neighborhood. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Sometimes the local power cuts happen, and we all have to wait for the backup to kick in, which can be annoying when you’re in the middle of a booking. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, so we know all the local tea stalls and where to get lunch. Travel is one of those things where things go wrong at the last minute, so we’re always on our toes. It isn’t some high-tech hub with bean bags and free snacks. It’s just people working hard to make sure travelers get where they’re going. We deal with a lot of frustration from customers sometimes, but we just try to be helpful and get the job done. It’s just a normal office life for us here in 110063. We keep the printers running and the phone lines open until the day is finally done.
