I2I Telesource

Our office is located at 1C/31 on New Rohtak Road in Karol Bagh. If you know Delhi, you know how Karol Bagh is. It’s always crowded and there is a lot of energy everywhere you look. We are right there in the middle of it all, zip code 110005. I2I Telesource is basically where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't really see. We’ve got a small team and we spend most of our day on the phones or sitting at the computers. The building isn't anything special, just one of those typical Karol Bagh structures where a lot is happening at once. Sometimes the internet acts up or the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows tight. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant; we are just a local operation trying to keep up with the work. Every morning starts with some chai and a look at what needs to be sorted for the day. New Rohtak Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually get in early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a big lobby or fancy furniture. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires. People come and go, and we just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been here long enough to know the best spots for a quick lunch too.
