I N B Vacations

I N B Vacations is based at Gulmohar Park C-37. It’s more of a quiet residential area, so it’s not as noisy as some of the other places in the city. Our office is basically a converted space that fits our desks and all the equipment we need to run a travel business. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and looking at holiday packages that people have asked about. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and waiting for pages to load. We have a small area where people can sit if they want to talk face-to-face, but a lot of our work happens over the phone these days. C-37 isn't hard to find once you get into Gulmohar Park. We’ve been here for several years, and the routine hasn’t changed much. We start at nine, check the messages that came in overnight, and then start making calls to hotels or airlines. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. Other times it's so quiet you can hear the birds outside. We don’t put on airs or try to act like a big corporation. We are just I N B Vacations, a local business trying to help people get where they need to go. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time and just deal with whatever comes through the door. It’s a steady kind of life and we’ve grown quite fond of this little office.
