Hyperquality

Our place is located in the DDA Flats at Madangiri, specifically at number 27/850. It’s a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a cold, glass office building at all. We have neighbors who are drying their laundry on the balconies and kids playing in the lanes right outside our door. Working from here at Hyperquality gives us a bit of a different perspective on how to run a business. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting in a suit. Instead, you just walk up to the flat and find us sitting at our desks doing our work. We’ve been here in New Delhi for a good bit of time now. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and we have to stack our files very neatly so we don't run out of walking space. Most of our work is done on computers these days, so as long as the electricity stays on, we are usually doing okay. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we usually just take a break and go downstairs to get some fresh air or a cold drink from the small shop on the corner. It’s a very grounded way to spend the day. We don't use big fancy words or have long speeches about our goals. We just sit down, do the tasks that are right in front of us, and head home to our families when the sun goes down.
