Hyatt Regency New Delhi

This is the Hyatt Regency New Delhi office located at 3/123 Lalita Park in Laxmi Nagar. A lot of people get confused because they expect the huge hotel building, but this is our space on the east side of the river. It is a much more local vibe here in Laxmi Nagar. Our office is on a regular street with small shops and houses all around it. We use this location for a lot of our back-office work and some of the recruitment stuff we do. The building is simple and the rooms are filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. It gets pretty busy during the day with people coming in for interviews or staff members dropping off reports. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and take our breaks. The traffic in Laxmi Nagar can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We don't have the fancy carpets or the big chandeliers you see at the main hotel. Here, it is just about getting the work finished. We are a group of regular people who work behind the scenes to keep things moving. We talk to each other plainly and don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords. If you come by, you'll see us busy at our desks, probably complaining about the heat or the Metro crowds, but always making sure the tasks for the day are done right.
