Hyatt Regency, Five Starhotel, Delhi

Our setup is a bit different because we are listed at a residential address in Dwarka. Specifically, it’s Flat No 70 in the Din Apartments, Plot No 7, Sector-4. This is associated with the Hyatt Regency, which is one of the big five-star hotels in Delhi. Even though the hotel itself is a massive place with lots of rooms and fancy dining, this particular spot in Dwarka is more about the administrative or personal side of things for Mr. Balbir Shokeen. Dwarka is a quieter part of the city compared to the main hotel location. It’s mostly residential and has a lot of apartment complexes like ours. We don’t have guests arriving here or big events happening. It’s more of an office space or a base for keeping things organized behind the scenes. Working from an apartment means things are a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a huge hotel lobby. We deal with paperwork and other tasks that don’t require being on the hotel floor. It’s a practical way to manage certain parts of the business without the constant rush of the hospitality world. The apartment complex is a typical Dwarka building, and we are just one of the many units here. It’s a simple, quiet place where we can focus on the details that keep a big operation running smoothly. We spend our days making sure the administrative side of things is handled without any fuss.
