Hyatt Regency Delhi

This building is a bit of a landmark here in New Delhi. I have been working here for a while now, and it is a massive place to keep track of. It is not just the rooms people see, but there is a whole world in the back with the kitchens and the laundry and the staff areas. We are constantly moving around. Everything has a strict schedule. It can be quite tiring because the place never really sleeps. Even in the middle of the night, there is someone cleaning the floors or prepping something for the morning. The location in the city is very busy, and we get all sorts of people walking through the doors every hour. We don't really have time for much small talk because there is always a long list of things to get done. The uniforms have to be pressed, the floors have to stay shiny, and the kitchen is always hot. It is a lot of physical work that people do not usually think about when they see the big lobby. We just try to keep everything running without any major problems. Some days the traffic outside is so bad that it takes forever to get to work, but once you are inside, the day just flies by. It is a big operation and we are just small parts of it, making sure the daily tasks are finished before the next shift comes in. We just keep going.
