Hyatt Regency Delhi

This might seem a bit confusing because of the name, but our office is actually at 9B Dasonda Singh Road on Lawrence Avenue in Amritsar. We are based out of Kothi No 16. It’s an old building with a lot of character. We handle things for Hyatt Regency Delhi from this spot. It’s a bit of a distance, but with phones and computers, we make it work just fine. Amritsar is a great place to be, and Lawrence Avenue is always lively. Our office isn't very big. It’s mostly just desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea. We spend our days dealing with reservations and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit, but we get the job done. We aren't fancy corporate types. Most of us have lived in Amritsar our whole lives. We like the local food and the way people talk to each other here. It’s a practical way of working. We don't have any big meetings about some vision or anything. We just check the bookings, reply to the messages, and try to help people out. If you are looking for us, look for the big gate at Kothi No 16. We’ve been here for several years now and don't plan on moving.
