We are set up at House No-610 in Block H of Sarojini Nagar. It’s an interesting spot for a name like Hyatt International Corp because it’s right in the middle of a well-known residential and market area. Most people think of big hotels when they hear the name, but our daily reality here in New Delhi is much more grounded. We work out of a standard house. The neighborhood is always buzzing because the Sarojini Nagar market is so close by. You can hear the bustle of shoppers and traffic from the street, but once you’re inside Block H, it settles down a little. Our space is functional. We have our computers, a few chairs, and a lot of documents to manage. It’s not a polished corporate floor; it’s a lived-in office where things actually get done. We deal with a lot of coordination and back-end tasks that keep things running elsewhere. The commute here is okay if you take the metro, but driving is a nightmare because of the market crowds. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea, and the neighbors are mostly families who have lived here for decades. It feels more like being part of a community than being in a business district. We just show up, do the hours, and head home like everyone else in Sarojini. It’s a practical way to have a presence in the city without needing a skyscraper or a lobby.
