Hub The Shoping Mall

We are located on G.S. Road in Guwahati, right across from Dona. Most people know the Goenka Readymades building. We’ve been here for a while now, right in the middle of the shopping stretch. It’s always noisy with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on what needs doing. We have different sections for clothes and stuff. It isn’t the biggest place you’ve ever seen, but we keep it stocked. The staff here are mostly local guys and girls who have been with us since we opened. We spend a lot of time folding shirts and moving boxes around. Sometimes the lights flicker when it rains hard, which happens a lot here. We don't really do the whole big mall thing with escalators everywhere. It’s more of a walk-in-and-look-around kind of shop. We know most of our regular customers by name. They come in for clothes or just to see what’s new on the racks. We try to keep the place tidy, though on Saturdays it gets a bit messy with everyone trying things on. It’s a simple business. We open in the morning, sweep the floors, and wait for the first person to walk through the door. G.S. Road is a good spot to be, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We just deal with the rush and keep the shirts folded as best we can for whoever walks in.
