Hr.P.M

Our location is inside the Akshoptifibre Ltd. building at F1080 in the Riico Industrial area, specifically Phase 3 in Bhiwadi. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise and activity around us. There are trucks moving in and out and a lot of dust from the construction nearby. We go by Hr.P.M and our daily life revolves around this industrial park. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a stroll, but it’s where the real work happens. We spend our time managing the tasks that come through the office in Phase 3. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the machinery from the other units, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have any polished brochures or big mission statements on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes stuck up with tape. The tea man comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We focus on getting the work done accurately so we can head home when the shift ends. It is a very practical environment where efficiency matters more than how things look on the outside. We’ve been in Bhiwadi for a bit now and have seen the industrial area grow quite a lot. It’s a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s honest work and we stay busy throughout the year.
