Hridai

East Kailash is one of those places in New Delhi that has a specific feel to it. Our office is on the second floor of B-159. It is a residential kind of building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. Hridai is a small operation. We don't have a reception desk or a bunch of signs. Usually, you just walk up the stairs and find us working. It can get a bit cramped when we have too many boxes or files lying around, but we manage. The 110065 area is usually quite busy with cars parked everywhere, so getting to work in the morning is always an adventure. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of our day is spent handling the small details that other people might overlook. We don't use big words to describe ourselves because we are just normal folks. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and that is usually the center of the office. Sometimes we work late when there is a big project finishing up, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood settling down for the night. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it suits us. We don't need a lot of attention. We just want to get through the to-do list and make sure nothing gets messed up. It's a simple life on the second floor.
