Hrg Sita Travels

We have been at the first floor office in Kailash Colony for a while now. Dealing with travel stuff in a city like Delhi is never quiet. People come in looking for help with tickets or just trying to figure out where they need to go next. It’s mostly just us answering phones and looking at schedules all day. Hrg Sita Travels is tucked away in K 15/A, so you have to look for the sign when you're walking by. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but that's just how the travel business works here. We aren't a big fancy operation with a glass front, just a regular office where we try to get the paperwork right. A lot of folks in the neighborhood know where we are. We handle the bookings and the back-and-forth emails that most people don't want to deal with themselves. It's busy work. Most days it’s about making sure the dates line up and the names are spelled correctly on the forms. We have a few desks, some old maps on the walls, and plenty of tea to get through the afternoon. It's not a glamorous job, but someone has to keep track of the details. Delhi is a big place, so having a spot in Kailash Colony makes it easier for people nearby to just drop in. We just keep things moving as best as we can every day without overcomplicating things.
