Our place is located at 13, Institutional Area, right along Lodhi Road. It's a fairly quiet part of New Delhi compared to the main markets, which is nice for getting things done. We spend most of our time dealing with human resources and training topics. It's basically about people and how they work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and a lot of files piled up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Lodhi Road has a lot of history, and we like being in this part of the city. Usually, we are busy organizing different programs or looking over documents for the foundation. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of living in the city. We don't have any grand slogans. We just try to be useful to the people who come to us for help with their careers or their organizations. It’s a steady kind of work. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that being straightforward is usually better than making things sound complicated. Just a group of people working in an office near the park. We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the tasks seriously. That's just how we operate around here every single day.
