Hr Initiatives

Hr Initiatives is located on the ground floor at L-6 in Lajpat Nagar Part II. It is a decent enough spot in the New Delhi 24 area. We deal with hiring and people stuff, which can be pretty tiring some days. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can find us easily without wandering around the building for too long. Lajpat Nagar is always humming with people and shoppers, so there is never a dull moment right outside our door. We are not some big fancy recruitment firm with glass walls and expensive suits. It is just a regular office where we look through resumes and talk to folks who are looking for a new start. We have seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years. Some are nervous and some are excited, and we just try to help them out as best as we can without making the whole process too formal or scary. The office is practical, with enough chairs for everyone and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to match the right person with a job that fits them. It is a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but it keeps us busy from morning until night.
