H.R. Executive

Our office for H.R. Executive is located at C-43 in Okhla Vihar, Jamia Nagar. It is a busy part of New Delhi and the streets are always full of people and rickshaws. The office is just a simple room where we do all our work. We have a few desks and some old chairs for people who come in for interviews. Most of our day is spent looking through resumes on the computer and making phone calls to different companies. It can get very hot in the afternoons, and our small fan doesn't always do a great job. We get a lot of young people coming in looking for their first jobs. They are often quite nervous, so we try to make them feel a bit more relaxed. The files are stacked up in the corner because we never seem to have enough space for everything. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep our energy up. There is a lot of noise from the street, like the sound of horns and people shouting. It is not a very quiet place to work, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have any corporate fancy stuff here. It is just a practical place where we try to help people find employment. We work until late most evenings trying to finish all the filing and emails before heading home.
