Hotel Western Queen

We’re located at 523, Millennium Apartments in Sector 18, Rohini. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are part of an apartment complex. It makes things feel a bit more like a community rather than just a cold hotel building. People living in the other apartments see us coming and going every day. At Hotel Western Queen, we don't have a massive neon sign or a huge lobby with marble floors. Instead, it’s a more modest place where we try to keep things quiet and comfortable. The rooms are what they are, and we do our best to keep the sheets clean and the bathrooms working. Rohini is a big residential area, so we get a lot of people visiting family or staying over for local events. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just rely on people finding us and hoping they have a decent stay. Sometimes the lift takes a while, or the neighborhood noise leaks in, but that’s just part of being in Delhi. We handle the bookings ourselves and make sure the water is hot in the mornings. It’s a small operation, really. There are just a few of us working here, so we end up doing a bit of everything, from checking people in to making sure the hallways are swept. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our business and we take it seriously enough to keep the doors open.
