Hotel Uppal'S Orchid

Our hotel is located over in Paschim Vihar, specifically at B-3/171. It is a quiet enough residential area, so we don't get the same noise you might find closer to the main city center of New Delhi. Hotel Uppal'S Orchid has been here for a bit, and we mostly just focus on keeping the rooms ready for whoever stops by. The neighborhood is okay, and there are some shops nearby if someone needs to grab a snack or some bottled water. We don't have a giant staff or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the sheets are changed and the lobby stays somewhat tidy. Sometimes the plumbing acts up a little, but we fix it as soon as we can. It’s a basic place to stay if you’re in the area and need a bed for the night. We aren’t trying to be one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in the travel magazines. Most of our guests are just people visiting family in the area or folks here on short business trips. We usually spend our mornings checking the registers and making sure the front door is unlocked. The sun hits the front of the building quite hard in the summer, so we keep the curtains drawn to stay cool. It’s just a small business trying to do things right without making a big fuss about it.
