Hotel Tivoli Garden Resort

Our place is situated out in Najaf Garh on Jharoda Road. If you find Surya Kunj, you’ll find us at D-139. It’s a bit of a trek from the main parts of New Delhi, which some people like and others complain about. The garden area takes up a lot of our time. We’re constantly watering things or trying to keep the grass looking decent under the harsh sun. Inside, the rooms are what you’d expect. We spend our afternoons folding towels and making sure the air conditioners are actually blowing cold air. Sometimes the plumbing acts up because the building isn't brand new, so there’s usually a handyman wandering around with a wrench. We have a lobby area where guests sit when they’re waiting for their rooms to be ready. It’s not super quiet because of the traffic on the road outside, but once you get further back into the property, it calms down a bit. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we walk or take a rickshaw to work. We don't have those fancy computer systems that never break. Ours is a bit slow and requires some patience. We mostly just focus on getting people checked in without too much fuss. It’s a practical spot for folks staying in this part of town. We try to keep things tidy, even if the dust from the road tries its best to get inside the lobby during the dry months.
