Hotel The Connaught Delhi

Our place is located in Kotla Mubarakpur, which is a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with these streets. The address says 1968, and it’s been around for quite some time now. Running a hotel in Delhi is always an experience because you never know who is going to walk through the door next. We’ve got travelers coming in from all over, some just staying for a night and others sticking around for a week. The building itself has its quirks, like any older place in this part of town, but we try to keep it tidy and comfortable. It’s not like those giant five-star places where everything is cold and stiff. Here, we actually talk to our guests. Sometimes we’re fixing a leaky tap or sorting out a booking mix-up, but that’s just how it goes in the hospitality business. Kotla Mubarakpur is a crowded area, full of shops and markets, so there's always noise and life right outside. We spend our days checking people in, making sure the rooms are ready, and helping folks find their way around the city. It’s a lot of work and sometimes the power acts up or the water pressure isn't perfect, but we deal with it as it comes.
