Hotel Taj Palace

We've been at H.No.1142 in Sector-13 here in Karnal for a while now. Most people know the area well since it's a busy part of town. Hotel Taj Palace isn't one of those massive fancy chains you see on TV, but just a place where folks can stay the night. When we started, we just wanted to have some clean rooms and a place for people to rest. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded when a lot of guests arrive at once, but we manage. My cousin helps out at the front desk most days. We try to keep things simple. Haryana can get pretty hot in the summer, so we make sure the fans and AC are running right. It’s not anything overly special, just a local spot. If you’re driving through or have work in the city, you’ll find us easily enough near the main market area. We spend a lot of time fixing up the small things around the building because old houses in this sector need a lot of looking after. Sometimes the paint peels or a tap drips, so we stay busy with that. We live nearby too, so we're usually around if someone needs a key or has a question about where to get food. It’s a quiet enough street most nights. We don't have a big fancy website or anything, just this spot. That's about it really. Just a regular place for regular people staying in Karnal.
