Hotel Sun N Sand

E-101 on the second floor in Jeevan Park is our location. It’s a residential neighborhood in New Delhi, which makes it usually quite peaceful around here. Operations for Hotel Sun N Sand are run from this office. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we need. We have some computers and a lot of paper records that we keep in big folders. Writing things down in a ledger is still our favorite way to do things. It feels more real than just typing on a screen. We have a small staff and we all help each other out with the daily tasks. Sometimes we have to deal with maintenance issues or guest complaints, and we just handle it ourselves. We aren't part of some massive hotel chain with a headquarters in a skyscraper. We are just local people running a local business. We have a small balcony where we sit and have our tea in the mornings. You can see the neighborhood waking up from there. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. We don't have any flashy marketing slogans. We just want to make sure the hotel is running smoothly and that the guests are taken care of. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes, but we are used to it. We like being in Jeevan Park. It’s a friendly place. We've been here a long time and plan to stay.
