Hotel Star Grand Villa

You can find us at 1182, Arjun Nagar Kotla, which is part of the South Ex-1 area in New Delhi. Hotel Star Grand Villa isn't one of those massive, cold hotels you see in the movies. We are a smaller place, and we try to keep things simple for the people who stay with us. The building is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening just outside the door. We don't have a big corporate team running the place; it’s just a handful of us who take care of the rooms and the guests. The office is small and usually has a stack of registers and keys on the desk. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most of our guests find us because they need a place to stay in South Ex that doesn't cost a fortune. It gets pretty hectic during the wedding season or when there’s a big event nearby, and we just do our best to keep up with the cleaning and the check-ins. It’s an older building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional noisy pipe or a door that sticks a bit, but we try to keep it comfortable. We just provide a room and a bit of help with directions if someone needs it. It’s a very grounded, local business that is just part of the Arjun Nagar landscape.
