Hotel Shiraz Regency

Hotel Shiraz Regency is located at 525/2 Hira Colony in Hoshiarpur. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads which can be loud. The building has been here for years and the stairs are starting to show some wear. We spend most of our time making sure the beds are made and the bathrooms are tidy for whoever shows up. It’s not a luxury place, just a regular hotel for people passing through or staying for work. The paint in the hallway is a bit old but it’s clean enough. We have a small desk at the front where someone usually sits throughout the day. Hira Colony is a decent neighborhood. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every morning. Our staff is just a few local guys who know the area well and can help with directions. We don't have a restaurant, just some basic things for the guests if they are hungry. The rooms have what you need like a fan and a small table for bags. Sometimes the TV signal is a bit weak when it rains hard. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. People mostly find us because they know the colony or saw our sign. It gets quite cold here in the winters so we make sure there are enough blankets. We just go about our business and keep the place running. It’s a simple operation. No big corporate rules, just common sense and keeping the floors swept every day.
