Hotel Satya Ashoka is situated over in the Rangpuri area, specifically near Mahipalpur in New Delhi. The address is a bit detailed because of how the village is laid out. We are on the second floor, care of Sundar Singh. The building is associated with T.S. Chauhan. A really good landmark to look for is the Bimla Chaudhary Kua, which is a well that everyone around here knows. Rangpuri is an interesting spot because it’s close to the airport but still has that village feel. You’ll find us by looking for the well and then heading toward the building. Being on the second floor means we are a bit removed from the street noise, but you still feel the energy of Mahipalpur. The post office is P.O. Mahipalpur, and the pincode is New Delhi-35. It is not a flashy modern hotel like the ones you see on the main highway. It is more of a local place. The stairs up to the second floor are just regular stairs. We have been here in this part of Vill- Rangpuri for some time now. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people coming and going. Sometimes the lanes are a bit tight for cars, but that’s common for this part of Delhi. We just keep things running here and try to stay organized in our space near the well. It is a bit of a maze, but we like the spot.
