Hotel Samrat Heavens, Meerut, (U.P)

We operate out of a small space in Sangam Vihar, specifically at Sewa Sadan. Even though our name says Hotel Samrat Heavens, Meerut, this office here in New Delhi is where we handle a lot of the background work. Sangam Vihar is a very busy and tightly packed neighborhood. It can be hard to find our door if you aren't looking closely. We spend our time coordinating with the property in Meerut, making sure the bookings are lined up and the supplies are ordered. It is not a fancy corporate setup. We have a couple of old desks, some plastic chairs, and a computer that takes its time to start up. Most of the day is spent on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. We don't really do any big advertising. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or because they have stayed with us before. The street outside is always full of people and small shops selling everything you can imagine. It gets quite noisy, but we just shut the door and get on with our tasks. We are just regular people trying to keep a business running smoothly. There are no big missions or complex philosophies here. We just want to make sure the rooms in Meerut are ready for whoever shows up that night. It is a simple, practical way to work.
