Hotel Royal Castle Grand N.Delhi

Even though the name mentions N. Delhi, we are actually located at Mi-A-206 in Shastripuram, Sikandra, which is in Agra. It’s a bit of a mix-up with the name sometimes, but this address in Agra is where we are based. Shastripuram is a much quieter area compared to the main tourist spots near the Taj Mahal. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much. We don't have a big lobby with marble floors or fancy statues. It’s just a place to stay and get some rest. Most of us working here have lived in Agra our whole lives. We know the streets and all the shortcuts around town. Working at Hotel Royal Castle Grand means we see people from all over. Some are just passing through for a day, others stay a bit longer. We don't put on a big show for anyone who walks in. What you see is exactly what you get. The rooms are basic, and we just try to keep things clean and tidy for everyone. The street outside can get a bit dusty, but that’s just how Agra is. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. We don't use scripts when we talk to guests. If the AC is acting up, we’ll just tell you. If you want tea, we’ll bring it. It’s a very human way of doing things.
