Hotel Rajmahal,Guwahati,Assam

Even though the name is Hotel Rajmahal in Guwahati we actually do a lot of our work from here at Chhtiessh Restaurant on Road No. 36. This is in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad. It seems a bit confusing to have an Assam hotel managed from Andhra Pradesh but that is just how it ended up for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the staff back in Guwahati. Here in Hyderabad at Road No. 36 we also have the restaurant to worry about. It is a busy place especially in the evenings when people are out for dinner. The office is right inside the restaurant building so it always smells like food which makes us hungry all day. We have to balance the hotel bookings and the restaurant supplies at the same time. It can get a bit messy with all the different receipts and schedules everywhere. Jubilee Hills is a fancy area but our office is just a regular room with a couple of old desks. We try to keep everything organized but sometimes things get lost in the shuffle between the two cities. We just keep going and try to make sure both the hotel guests and the restaurant diners are looked after. It is a long way between Guwahati and Hyderabad but we make it work somehow. It’s just us doing the work for two different businesses every day.
