Hotel Qutab (Eden Park Hotels Pvt.Ltd.)

We've been running Hotel Qutab for quite a while now. The office side of things, under Eden Park Hotels, is actually located over in Dwarka. You can find us at Flat 33 in the Manzil Apartments on Plot 7. Sector 9 is a pretty busy spot but we manage okay from our little space there. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper or anything fancy like that, just a regular apartment office where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Most people know us for the hotel side, but this is where all the paperwork and the planning happen. We deal with guests, room bookings, and all those small details that come with the hospitality trade. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic, especially when the phones won't stop ringing or the internet acts up on a rainy day. Delhi is a fast-paced city, and Dwarka is no different. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can manage, though things don't always go perfectly. It’s a lot of work making sure every booking is in order and the staff schedules are set. We’ve had people come and go over the years, but a few of us have been around since the very beginning. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful when people call in with questions. There is nothing too polished about how we work. We're just a group of real people working out of an apartment in New Delhi. It works for us.
