Hotel Parkland

Our hotel is located at A-36 in the Budh Vihar Colony. It’s in the Badar Pur area of New Delhi - 44, right where the city feels a bit crowded and full of life. We have been here for quite some time, running this small place for anyone who needs a room for a night or two. It’s not a big luxury hotel with a pool, a gym, or a fancy restaurant. It’s just a plain building with rooms that we try to keep clean and tidy for whoever stays with us. Most of our guests are people working nearby on projects or just visiting family in the colony. We spend a lot of our time at the front desk or making sure the linens are changed and the bathrooms are okay. The area around Budh Vihar is pretty busy, so there are always small shops and people walking around at all hours. It’s a simple life, really, just making sure people have a key and a bed. We don't have a big corporate team with uniforms, just a few of us who live close by and help out with the chores. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit in the lobby and talk about the news, other days every room is full and we are running around. We don't use any fancy language or marketing speak because we are just a local business. We’ve lived in New Delhi for a long time and know how it goes.
