Hotel Park Residency

Hotel Park Residency is over in Palam Colony at Rzf 22E in Gali No-24, Sadh Nagar Part-2. It is a very local part of Delhi and the street, Gali Number 24, can be a bit tight if you are driving a large car. We have been operating here for some time. Our building is a standard construction for this area. It is not a five-star resort with a swimming pool. It is a residency for people who need a bed and a roof while they are traveling. We have several floors and the rooms are very basic. We focus on making sure the fans work and the water is running. That is what most of our guests care about anyway. The area around us is always active with shops, small eateries, and people going about their business. It gets loud sometimes, especially in the evenings when the market nearby is full of shoppers. We do not have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they know the area or a friend told them about us. We do all our own maintenance here. If a bulb goes out or a tap leaks, one of us just goes and fixes it. It is a very hands-on way of running a hotel. We are just a group of people working together to keep the place going. It is simple and it works for us and our guests.
