Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Pusa

We are the Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Pusa, but our current office is located at Pkt F 199B in Gtb Enclave, which is over in Dilshad Garden, Delhi 93. It’s a bit of a residential-feeling area but we have our setup here for all the management work. Most of the time we are busy with the logistics of catering and teaching the ropes to people interested in the industry. The office isn't anything too shiny, just a place with enough room for our files and a few desks. Being in Dilshad Garden means we are part of the local community here in East Delhi. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination every day. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the catering technology side of things is handled and that the management tasks are up to date. The Gtb Enclave area is usually quite busy, especially in the mornings. We just show up, do the work, and head home like anyone else. The Pusa name carries some weight but here at Pkt F 199B, we are just focused on the day-to-day tasks. It's a straightforward operation. We have been in Delhi for a long time and understand how things work around here. We just keep things moving along nicely for the team.
