Hotel Intercontinental Eros

Our location is a bit tucked away at 34/475 Himmat Puri, near Mayur Vihar Phase-1 in New Delhi 91. It’s not the main hotel tower you might see in the pictures, but this is where a lot of the real work for Hotel Intercontinental Eros happens. We are in a busy part of the city where things are always happening. The streets around Himmat Puri are narrow and full of life, which is very different from the quiet rooms inside. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff here. It’s a practical office with desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We don’t have fancy uniforms in this building; we’re just regular people making sure the bookings are right and the logistics are sorted. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside is blocked by a delivery truck, but we just keep going. We know the local shops where we get our lunch and the auto drivers who know the way here. It’s a very human way to work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure everything is ready for the guests at the main site. Being in Mayur Vihar gives us a good sense of the city’s pulse. It’s honest, hardworking, and sometimes a little bit messy, but that’s just how we like it. We have been working from this spot for a long time and it suits us just fine.
