Hotel Imperial Palace Rajkot

We’ve been running Hotel Imperial Palace Rajkot for a while now. Most people find us through our email, Smyle_Amit@Yahoo.Co.In, when they need a place to stay. Rajkot is a busy city and things get pretty hectic here at the front desk. We spend most of our mornings checking people in and making sure the rooms are ready. It’s a lot of laundry and vacuuming, to be honest. Our team is just a handful of local folks who know the area well. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually sit down for a tea. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs an extra towel or a bit of help finding a shop nearby, we just do it. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the hours. We deal with all sorts of travelers, from people on business trips to families just passing through. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be fixing a leaky tap and the next we are helping someone print out their travel papers. We’ve stayed in Rajkot because this is where we live and work.
