Hotel Hanuwant Palace New Delhi.

Our hotel is tucked away in Sector 11 of Dwarka, specifically at Flat number 86 in Pocket 3. It isn't a massive building with a grand entrance, but more of a practical space for people needing a place to sleep in New Delhi. We’ve been here for a good few years now. The neighborhood is mostly families and quiet streets, which makes it a nice change from the chaos of the main city areas. We handle everything ourselves, from checking people in at the small desk near the door to making sure the sheets are clean. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working here. The hallway light sometimes flickers, and we’ve been meaning to fix the lock on the back door for a week. People who stay with us are usually looking for something simple and nearby to the airport or the local offices. We have a few potted plants in the corridor that we try to keep alive, though the Delhi heat makes it hard. The kitchen is small, so we mostly just do basic tea and snacks. We know the shopkeepers downstairs pretty well and often point our guests that way if they need a meal. It’s just a regular place run by regular people. We spend our days answering the door and keeping the rooms tidy. It’s nothing fancy, just a roof over your head and a quiet corner in Dwarka.
