Hotel Hans,New Delhi

Our address says Hotel Hans, New Delhi, but we are actually based up here in Dehra Dun. The office is at 741, Dakra, right near the post office in Garhi Cantt. It is quite different from the bustle of Delhi. Here in Uttarakhand, things move a bit slower. We are in the 248003 area. The building is just a regular house style that we use for all the paperwork. You can see the green hills if you walk a bit further up the road. We deal with the Delhi hotel stuff from here, which sounds a bit strange to people when they first hear about it. Garhi Cantt is a quiet spot, mostly families and local shops around us. We have the post office right there which is very handy for sending out the mail. The rooms here are filled with ledgers and some old wooden furniture. It isn't a fancy hotel lobby like what you see in the glossy pictures. It is more of a back-office kind of place. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather when it rains. The internet works most of the time. We don't have a big sign outside, just the number 741. People usually have to ask around the neighborhood to find the right gate. It’s just us here, keeping the records in order and making sure the Delhi side of things has what it needs.
