Hotel Grand

Our hotel is located at Rz-185 T.Extn in Uttam Nagar, which is a fairly crowded part of New Delhi. We are right near Vishwas Park, so it’s a landmark most local rickshaw drivers know. The building isn't the biggest, but we have enough rooms for people passing through or staying for a few days. We keep things pretty simple here. The reception is usually manned by one of us who can help with check-ins or tell you where the nearest market is. It can get noisy outside because of the traffic, but that’s just life in Uttam Nagar. We spend a lot of our day making sure the rooms are tidy and the water is running fine. It’s a lot of maintenance work that people don’t always notice. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors; it’s more of a functional space for travelers who need a place to sleep. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to get the backup sorted, which is just part of the routine. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the regulars who come by. It’s a family-run sort of feel even if it’s a business. We just try to keep things honest and make sure everyone has what they need for their stay without making things complicated or promising things we can't do.
