Hotel Excelsior Ltd. ( Hotel Shangri-La New Delhi)

We are located over at 23B Shyam Enclave, right on the Main Dhansa Road in Gopal Nagar. Najaf Garh is a busy spot, and our office sits right in the thick of it. Most people think of the big hotel name, but this is our local base where we handle the ground-level stuff. It’s a simple building, nothing too fancy, just where we do our work. We deal with a lot of the logistical side of things for the hotel. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It gets quite dusty on Dhansa Road with all the traffic, but we keep the office tidy enough inside. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons sorting out the paperwork that comes in from the main branch. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don’t use much corporate talk here; we just speak plainly and try to get the jobs done. If you’re driving through Gopal Nagar, you might miss us if you’re not looking, but we’ve been here a good while now. We like the area because it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We’re just the folks behind the scenes making sure everything is ready for the guests. It’s a steady rhythm, and we’re happy to be working out of this part of New Delhi. We just keep our heads down and do the work as best as we can.
