Hotel Devigarh Palace

Our office is on the second floor of Plot No 15 in Shivaji Enclave. It's a busy part of New Delhi. Hotel Devigarh Palace is managed from here. It’s not the actual hotel building you might be thinking of, but this is where all the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. We spend our days on the phone or working through bookings. It can get a bit hectic, especially during the wedding season or holidays. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and always a pot of tea going. We aren't a big corporate chain with a fancy headquarters. We’re just a small team making sure everything is ready for guests. Sometimes we have to deal with last-minute changes or problems with the rooms, and that all gets sorted from this floor. Shivaji Enclave is a good place to be because it’s connected to everything. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the building know us. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just want to make sure the work is done right. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that keep a hotel running. We don't use big marketing words. We just talk like normal people and do our best to keep things on track, even when the phone won't stop ringing for hours on end.
